Samedi 15 avril nous serons à Flayosc aux usines de la Redonne, proche de Draguignan, à 20 min de la gare des Arcs-Draguignan, de l’autoroute et de la nationale7.
Le dimanche, nous nous dirigerons vers la frontière.

montage et accueil des premiers arrivants.
Samedi : ateliers, débats, musique, site de la Redonne à Flayosc
Matin (accueil des participant-e-s dès 9h)

-> atelier Comment faire pour s’impliquer dans la lutte en soutien aux personnes migrantes ?
Aprèm :
14h-16h : Ateliers en parallèle
-> la situation en Italie : projection du film « Usage proportionné de la force » et présentation de la situation en Italie (prise d’empreintes, tortures, déportations…).
-> atelier d’autodéfense juridique pour tous et toutes, quel que soit le statut administratif. (Que faire face aux arrestations, déportations, délit de solidarité…)
-> Comment lutter contre les politiques migratoires ? (externalisation des frontières, dublin IV, accords internationaux…)
-> proposition d’un atelier animé par les copains/ines migrant-e-s s’ils/elles le souhaitent
16h30-18h30 :
Plénière : partage des luttes et perspectives (partages d’expériences, d’outils et d’idées de convergences)
19h30-20h30 :
projections sous un barnum, pendant le repas avec des petits films qui défilent.
soirée :
Musique à partir de 20h30 (fanfares, chorales révolutionnaires, groupes, bœufs, selon propositions)
Dimanche 16 :
Caravane vers la frontière franco-italienne pour une manifestation et des actions de solidarité
Lundi 17 :
Démontage, prendre le temps de consolider les liens, etc

Les repas et petit-déjeuner seront assurés pour la journée du samedi et le dimanche matin. Les vendredi soir, dimanche et lundi, soyez autonome (on peut quand même préparer et manger en commun – eau potable sur place)

LUOGO
Sabato 15 aprile saremo a Flayosc alla fabbrica de « La Redonne » vicino a Draguignan, a 20 min dalla stazione di Les Arcs-Draguignan, dell’autostrada e della Nazionale 7. Domenica 16, ci dirigeremo verso il confine con l’Italia.
PROGRAMMA
Venerdì pomeriggio organizzazione del campo e ricezione dei primi arrivi.
Sabato: laboratori, dibattiti, musica sul sito della fabbrica, La Redonne a Flayosc
La mattina: -> accoglienza dei partecipanti dalle 9 del mattino.
-> laboratorio pratico per la creazione di striscioni e cartelli per le manifestazioni
-> tavola rotonda : Come partecipare attivamente alla lotta per il sostegno dei migranti?
Il pomeriggio :
14h-16h: Laboratori/dibattiti/Workshop paralleli
-> la situazione in Italia: proiezione del documentario « Per un uso proporzionato della forza « e presentazione della situazione in Italia (le pratiche utilizzare per prendere le impronte digitali, le torture, le deportazioni …).
-> Seminarion/dibattito sul tema dell’Autodifesa legale per tutti, a prescindere dalla situazione amministrativa. (Cosa fare in caso di arresti, deportazioni, reati di solidarietà …)
-> Tavola rotonda : Come combattere contro le politiche migratorie? (esternalizzazione delle frontiere, Dublino IV, gli accordi internazionali …)
-> proposta di un workshop animato dai ragazzi migranti se lo desiderano
16h30-18h30: Sessione plenaria per condividere le idee comuni, le esperienze, le strategie e i mezzi della lotta e prospettive
La sera:
19h30-20h30: durante la cena, proiezioni di cortometraggi a ripetizione, sotto un tendone
musica dalle 20:30 in poi (bande, cori, gruppi rivoluzionari, secondo le proposte)
Domenica : Carovana al confine franco-italiano per una manifestazione e azioni di solidarietà
Lunedi : Smontaggio, e se possibile un po di tempo consacrato a rafforzare conoscenze e legami, etc.
PER INFORMAZIONE: saranno organizzati i pasti e la colazione per i giorni Sabato e Domenica mattina.
Le sere di Venerdì, Domenica e Lunedi, non si saranno pasti collettivi nonostante sia ancora possibile preparare da mangiare insieme – acqua potabile sul posto)

- ورش دفاع ذاتي قانوني للكل مهم كانت الوضعية الادارية (مذا نفعل وجه الاعتقالات و جريمة التضامن…)
- كيف نناضل ضد السياسات الهجرية؟(خروجية الحدود، قانون دبلن 4, إتفاقيات عالمية…)

-> the situation in Italy: projection of the documentary « For a proportionate use of the force » and presentation of the situation in Italy (practics to take fingerprints, torture, deportation …).
-> Debate on legal self defense for everyone, regardless of their administrative status. (What to do in case of arrests, deportations, crimes of solidarity …)
-> Round Table: How to fight against immigration policies? (Externalization of the borders, Dublin IV, international agreements …)
-> Proposition of a workshop animated by immigrant people, if they wish
16h30-18h30: Plenary session to share common ideas, experiences, strategies and tools for the struggle and perspectives.
The evening:
19h30-20h30: during dinner, screenings of short films in loop
music from 20:30 onwards (bands, choirs, revolutionary groups, according to proposals)
Sunday: caravan to the French-Italian border for demonstration and supporting actions
Monday : Camp dismantling and if possible a bit of time devoted to strengthening knowledge and ties, etc.
FOR INFORMATION: we will organize meals and breakfast for the day of Saturday and Sunday morning.
The evenings of Friday, Sunday and Monday, there will not be collective meals although it is still possible to prepare a meal together – drinking water is on site)

Ce projet est né d’une commission autogérée, issue de la coordination « Réseau Migrant.e.s Sud-Est », regroupant des personnes de Grenoble, Marseille, Gap, La Roya, Cévennes, Alpes de Haute Provence, Var,
Alpes maritimes, et plusieurs régions d’Italie.
Partout en Europe et à ses frontières (parfois externalisées, comme en Turquie), les migrant-e-s se heurtent aux dispositifs militaro-policiers des Etats qui contrôlent, enferment, violentent et expulsent celles et ceux qui tenteraient de traverser « leurs » territoires ou de s’y installer.
A la frontière franco-italienne, rétablie en 2015, les migrant-e-s affluent autour de Vintimille pour tenter le passage, de plus en plus difficile, par la vallée de la Roya ou par Menton et ses environs. La traque des forces étatiques, très intense, a déjà coûté plusieurs vies. Pour les migrant-e-s arrêté-e-s, c’est la déportation, même s’illes sont mineures ou qu’ils demandent l’asile. Pour les soutiens, c’est la répression administrative et/ou judiciaire. Les procès de personnes solidaires ayant hébergé ou transporté des migrant-e-s se multiplient.
Pourtant, solidarités et résistances sont possibles. A Vintimille, elle a pris diverses formes : campements, presidio No Borders, passages massifs en force ou au compte goutte aidés par des personnes solidaire, manifestations, solidarités actives et actions diverses. Même si ces initiatives ont parfois été réprimées, elles nous montrent qu’il est possible, au moins pour un instant, d’ouvrir des brèches de liberté et de solidarité dans la forteresse.
N’oublions pas le rôle actif de l’impérialisme occidental et l’intérêt pour le capitalisme du caractère clandestin de l’immigration, pourvoyeur de main d’œuvre corvéable et d’épouvantail social sur fond de communautarisme national. Sans compter tous ceux qui s’enrichissent sur ce marché juteux (matériel high-tech, murs et barbelés, hébergement/enfermement, déportation…).
Face aux frontières et à la traque des sans-papiers, nous revendiquons la liberté de circulation et d’installation pour tout-e-s.
Nous appelons à une mobilisation internationale à la frontière franco – italienne pour :
● visibiliser la situation à la frontières
● dénoncer et combattre la répression généralisée
● échanger autour des différentes réalités et luttes au niveau international. Créer des ponts dans la perspective d’actions communes et de solidarité internationale pour briser l’ « Europe forteresse ».
● se mobiliser ensemble pour l’accueil inconditionnel ainsi que la libre circulation et installation de chacun-e
contre les frontières et leur monde

In tutta Europa e alle sue frontiere (a volte esternalizzate come in Turchia), i migranti si scontrano con i dispositivi di polizia militare degli Stati che controllano, bloccano, abusano e espellono tutti coloro che cercano di attraversare o di installarsi nei ‘loro’ territori.
Alla frontiera franco-italiana, ripristinata nel 2015, i migranti affluiscono nei pressi di Ventimiglia per tentare il passaggio, sempre più difficile, attraverso la Valle del Roya o via Mentone e dintorni. Il controllo delle forze dello Stato, molto intenso, è già costato molte vite.
Per i migranti arrestati é automatico il decreto d’espulsione, anche per i minori o coloro che hanno già depositato la richiesta di asilo. Per le persone solidari è in atto un’intensa repressione attraverso l’applicazione amministrativa e / o giudiziaria. Si moltiplicano i processi a carico delle persone solidali che ospitano o trasportano i migranti.
Eppure solidarietà e resistenza sono possibili. A Ventimiglia, ha assunto varie forme: accampamenti, presidi No Borders, passaggi in forza per gruppi numerosi o al contagocce aiutati dalle persone solidali, manifestazioni, e varie azioni di solidarietà attiva. Anche se queste iniziative sono state più volte represse, esse mostrano che è possibile, almeno in qualche momento, di aprire delle breccie di libertà e solidarietà in questa fortezza.
Non dimentichiamo il ruolo attivo dell’imperialismo occidentale e l’interesse del capitalismo per il carattere clandestino dell’immigrazione, erogatore di manodopera sfruttabile e di spauracchi sociali sullo sfondo del comunitarismo nazionale. Senza considerare tutti quelli che si arricchiscono sulle questo mercato redditizio (attrezzature di alta tecnologia, muri e fili spinati, alloggi di retenzione, deportazioni …).
Di fronte alle frontiere e alla caccia di coloro che non hanno i documentati « giusti », rivendichiamo la libertà di circolazione e d’istallazione per tutte e tutti.
Vi invitiamo ad una mobilitazione internazionale sul confine Franco – Italiano per
- rendere visibile la situazione alle frontiere
– denunciare e combattere la repressione diffusa
– confrontarci sulle diverse realtà e le lotte Internazionali. Tessere dei nuovi legami con la prospettiva di azioni congiunte di solidarietà internazionale per far capitolare la « fortezza Europa ».
– mobilizzarsi insieme per l’accoglienza senza condizioni e la libertà di circolazione e d’installazione di ciascuno

Zu einem Wochenende der internationalen Mobilisierung, um Migranten zu unterstützen und auf die Situation der Verfolgung und der Repression an der französisch-italienischen Grenze aufmerksam zu machen.
Lasst uns unsere Realitäten und unsere Kämpfe miteinander teilen und zahlreich zusammenkommen, um zu demonstrieren!
Dieses Projekt wurde in einer selbstverwalteten Kommission gegründet, entstanden aus der koordination « Réseau Migrant Sud -Est », die aus mehreren Leuten aus Frankreich und Italien besteht.
An allen inneren und äusseren Grenzen Europas, sind Migranten mit staatlichen Militär- und Polizeisystemen konfrontiert. Mit Kontrollen, Verhaftungen und gewaltsamen Ausweisungen werden die Rechte derjenigen verletzen, die versuchen staatliche Territorien zu überschreiten oder sich niederzulassen.
Seit 2015 die Grenze zwischen Italien und Frankreich wieder eingeführt wurden, ist die Flut von Migranten die in Ventimiglia, dem Roya-Tal oder in Menton und dessen Umgebungen ankommen, mit immer grösseren Schwierigkeiten konfrontiert, diese zu überschreiten.
Die intensivierte Verfolgung durch die europäischen Kräfte und Staaten, hat schon mehrere Leben gekostet. Für die verhafteten Migranten ist die Folge die direkte Ausweisung, auch wenn sie minderjährig sind und Asyl beantragen möchten.
Die Menschen die solidarische Unterstützung leisten, sind mehr und mehr mit administrativer und/oder gerichtlicher Repression konfrontiert. Die Gerichtsverhandlungen nehmen zu.
Das Konzept der « Clandestin immigration », oder der« Illegalen Einwanderung » ist kein Zufall. Es ist die Basis um billige Arbeitsplätze zu schaffen, die nur imperialistischen und kapitalistischen Interessen dienen. Es ist ein Konzept um die Gesellschaft weiter zu spalten und uns dazu zu bringen mehr Kontrolle, Prekarität und Unterdrückung zu akzeptieren. Nicht zu vergessen all die Konzerne, die sich durch diese Situatiuon bereichern, mit Sacheldraht, Beton und High-Tech-Equipment.
Trotz all dem sind Solidarität und Wiederstand möglich!
Sowohl in Ventimiglia als auch an anderen Orten ist die in verschiedenen Formen sichtbar:
Camps, presidio No Borders, Passagen über die Grenzen, ermöglicht durch die Hilfe einfacher Leute, Demonstrationen, solidarische Akte und viele weitere Aktionen.
Auch wenn diese Initiativen teilweise Unterdrückung erfahren haben, zeigen sie uns, wenn auch nur für einen kurzen Moment, dass es möglich ist einen Zweig des Friedens und der Solidarität in der « Festung Europa » zu pflanzen.
Im Angesicht ihrer Grenzen und ihrem Mangel an gemeinschaftlichen Handlungen, fordern wir die Freiheit für Alle, sich zu bewegen und niederzuslassen.
Wir rufen auf zu einer internationalen Mobilisierung an der französisch-italienischen Grenze um
die Situation an der französisch-italienischen Grenze und deren Umgebung sichtbar zu machen
uns zusammen zu Organisieren, egal was unser administrativer Status ist, um die weitverbreitete Repression zu denonzieren und zu bekämpfen
uns auzutauschen, über unsere verschiedenen Realitäten und Strategien in unseren Kämpfen, gemäss unserer Lage und konkreten Situationen
uns die Zeit zu nehmen für mögliche, gemeinsame Aktionen, um die « Festung Europa » zu brechen
Gegen die Grenzen und ihre Welt

It acts as a social scarecrow to divide us and making us always accept more control, precariousness and repression. Not to mention all those who enrich themselves on this market, between barbed wire, concrete and high-tech equipment.
Yet, solidarity and resistance are possible. Has Ventimiglia and elsewhere, it has taken various forms: campings, Presidio no borders, massive passages through the borders or helped migrants by people in solidarity, demonstrations, active solidarity and various actions. Even if these initiatives have sometimes been suppressed, they show us that it is possible, at least for a moment, to open breaches of freedom and solidarity in the EUROPE Fortress.
Facing their borders and the community blindness, we claim freedom of movement and installation for everyone.
We call for an international mobilization in the French-Italian border on 15th and 16th April for:
